Ingredients
The Sauce
- Mayonnaise – 3 tablespoons
- Pickles, chopped – half tablespoon
- American Mustard – 1 teaspoon
- Garlic Powder – half teaspoon
- Ground black pepper – half teaspoon
- Paprika – half teaspoon
- Lemon juice – half teaspoon
- Salt – to taste
- Yellow onion, chopped – a quarter
Others
- Minced beef meat – about 400g
- Burger buns – 1 piece, sliced horizontally into three
- Iceberg lettuce – a quarter
- American cheddar cheese – 2 slices
How to Make
- Add the mayonnaise, pickles, American mustard, garlic powder, ground black pepper, paprika, lemon juice, salt, and yellow onion into a bowl. Stir well.
- For the patties, make two balls of minced meat and have them pressed into patties on a high-heated pan. Then, season it on both sides with ground black pepper and salt.
- For the burger bun, slice it into three parts horizontally and apply some butter on the inner sides before toasting them in a pan.
- As for the lettuce, peel a few and roll them like sushi. Then, slice into small pieces and wash them.
- Finally, assemble the two stacks for the Big Mac. Place the bottom-most part of the stack with the bun slice, then layer the cheddar cheese on top of the bun slice, followed by the lettuce slice, then the sauce, and eventually the patties followed by the pickles. Put the stacks on top of each other and put the sauce on top of the now-almost-complete burger before finally placing the top bun slice.
